1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Axeonsoft ("Axeonsoft", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Axeonsoft governing your access to and use of the website located at https://axeonsoft.com, associated subdomains, web applications, content management systems, APIs, and digital software services (collectively, the "Services" or "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2 Description & Scope of Axeonsoft Services

Axeonsoft is a comprehensive, multi-client cloud software platform designed for businesses, creators, and professionals. The Platform's core functionalities include, but are not limited to:

• Website & Landing Page Builder: Tools to design, build, customize, and publish responsive websites, company profiles, and landing pages.
• Online Booking & Appointment Scheduling: System capabilities to manage services, schedules, staff members, resources, customer appointments, and booking notifications.
• Product Catalogs & E-Commerce Features: Digital catalog showcases, category organization, service pricing, customer inquiry forms, and order management tools.
• Social Media Management & Integration: Authorized connection to external social networks (including TikTok and Instagram), content preparation, cross-platform media organization, and scheduled video/post publishing.
• Auxiliary AI-Assisted Tools: Optional automated text, metadata, and drafting assistance designed to enhance productivity and content creation workflows.

We continually enhance and update our Platform. Consequently, features, tools, and technical specifications may evolve over time in accordance with these Terms.

3 Account Registration, Eligibility & Account Security

To access certain features of the Platform, including admin panels, website management, and social media integrations, you must register and maintain an active account. You agree to:

• Eligibility: Represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and fully capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Information Accuracy: Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated promptly.
• Credential Confidentiality: Safeguard your authentication credentials, passwords, and security tokens. You must not disclose your password to unauthorized third parties.
• Account Liability: Accept full responsibility for all activities, publications, and transactions conducted under your account credentials.
• Incident Notification: Notify Axeonsoft immediately at info@axeonsoft.com upon discovering any unauthorized use, compromise, or breach of your account security.

4 User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform strictly for lawful business, commercial, and professional purposes. You explicitly agree that you shall NOT:

• Upload, post, publish, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or trade secrets of Axeonsoft or any third party.
• Upload or transmit software viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or any malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, infrastructure, database systems, administrative panels, or other users' accounts.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decode, or derive source code from any software or technology comprising the Platform, except as expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law.
• Conduct unauthorized automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, or spidering of the Platform or user data without explicit prior written authorization.
• Use the Platform to generate or distribute unsolicited commercial email, spam, chain letters, deceptive promotional schemes, or artificial engagement.
• Interfere with, circumvent, disable, or tamper with security-related mechanisms, rate limits, access controls, or token validation systems.

5 Hosted Websites & Published Content

When you design, host, and publish websites, company profiles, or catalogs using Axeonsoft:

• Content Ownership & Responsibility: You maintain sole ownership of and legal responsibility for all text, images, logos, videos, audio, customer interactions, and data published on your hosted website.
• Compliance with Local Regulations: You must ensure that your hosted website complies with all applicable local, national, and international consumer protection, advertising, and data privacy laws. You are required to publish compliant Terms and Privacy notices for your own end-users where required by law.
• Technical Hosting Provider Status: Axeonsoft operates solely as a technical software and hosting infrastructure provider. We do not pre-screen, endorse, or verify the accuracy of user-published content, but we reserve the right to suspend or remove any content or site that violates these Terms or applicable law upon receiving a valid legal notice.

6 Online Booking, Product Catalogs & E-Commerce Features

Axeonsoft provides technical infrastructure enabling users to showcase products, list services, schedule appointments, and receive customer inquiries. Regarding commercial transactions:

• Non-Party Status: Axeonsoft is not a merchant of record, vendor, broker, agent, or party to any commercial contract, transaction, or appointment made between you and your clients or customers.
• Fulfillment & Quality: You are solely responsible for setting accurate prices, honoring scheduled appointments, delivering goods and services, handling customer refunds, resolving consumer disputes, and complying with taxation obligations.
• Accurate Representation: You warrant that service durations, availability times, staff capabilities, and product descriptions configured on your Axeonsoft site accurately reflect your business capabilities.

7 Social Media Management & Third-Party Account Integrations

Axeonsoft allows users to connect their verified accounts on external social media networks, including but not limited to TikTok (TikTok Inc. / Bytedance) and Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.), via official OAuth developer APIs.

Your use of third-party social media integrations is subject to the following obligations:

• Compliance with Third-Party Terms: You agree to abide at all times by the terms of service, developer terms, and community guidelines of each connected platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta Terms of Service, and Instagram Community Guidelines.
• Authorization & Rights: You warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized administrator of each external account you connect and hold all necessary rights, licenses, and releases for all media published through our integration.
• Credential Security: We do not solicit, access, or store your third-party account passwords. Access is granted through cryptographic OAuth authorization tokens encrypted at rest.
• Disconnection & Revocation: You may disconnect your third-party accounts at any time via the Axeonsoft Admin Dashboard or by revoking Axeonsoft's access directly within the security settings of TikTok or Instagram. Upon disconnection, stored access tokens are permanently deleted from our database.

8 AI-Assisted Content Generation & Verification

Axeonsoft may offer optional generative AI-assisted tools to help users brainstorm captions, format descriptions, optimize titles, or draft website content. Where such tools are utilized:

• Mandatory Human Review: AI-generated suggestions are automated tools provided for drafting assistance. You are strictly required to independently review, verify, and confirm the accuracy, truthfulness, and legal compliance of all AI-generated content before public publication.
• No Warranty on AI Output: Axeonsoft does not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be error-free, unique, factual, or suitable for any specific legal or commercial purpose.
• Intellectual Property Compliance: You remain solely responsible for ensuring that final published materials do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.

9 Content Scheduling, Publishing & Technical Limitations

Axeonsoft enables users to schedule and publish posts to connected platforms. However, you acknowledge and agree that automated content delivery depends on multiple external technical factors beyond our control:

• Successful publication depends upon continuous internet connectivity, third-party platform API uptime, valid non-expired authorization tokens, server health, and platform-specific media format compliance.
• External platforms enforce dynamic rate limits, automated spam detection filters, content review protocols, and server maintenance that may delay or prevent post publication.
• No Performance or Virality Guarantees: Axeonsoft does NOT guarantee successful, instantaneous, or uninterrupted delivery of scheduled content, nor do we make any guarantees regarding audience reach, view counts, engagement metrics, algorithmic promotion, or financial returns.

10 Intellectual Property Rights & Content Ownership

Axeonsoft Intellectual Property: All software, website templates, UI designs, codebases, components, graphics, logos, marks, documentation, and technical architecture comprising the Platform are the proprietary property of Axeonsoft or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

User Content Ownership: As between you and Axeonsoft, you retain 100% ownership of all original text, trademarks, logos, images, videos, product catalogs, and creative media that you upload or publish through the Platform ("User Content").

Limited Operational License: Solely to enable Axeonsoft to host, operate, display, transcode, backup, and deliver your websites and scheduled social media posts at your explicit direction, you grant Axeonsoft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to access, store, process, and transmit your User Content. This license terminates automatically when you remove your content or delete your account, subject to standard archival backup cycles.

11 Third-Party Platforms, APIs & External Services

The Platform integrates with third-party software, cloud infrastructure, and external APIs (such as TikTok, Instagram, Google Fonts, and FontAwesome). You recognize that:

• Third-party platforms operate entirely independently from Axeonsoft under their own terms and privacy practices.
• Axeonsoft has no control over third-party platform policies, API modifications, feature deprecations, rate limits, service outages, or administrative actions (such as account suspensions or post moderation by TikTok or Instagram).
• Axeonsoft shall not be liable for any loss, damage, disruption, or inability to publish arising directly from third-party platform policy enforcement, API downtime, or system modifications.

12 Subscription Plans, Fees & Billing Terms

Certain features, hosting packages, custom domain services, and platform tiers may be subject to recurring subscription fees or service charges as published on our website or detailed in individual service proposals.

• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees specified for your selected plan or customized digital services in accordance with agreed billing schedules.
• Taxes: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable value-added tax (PPN), sales taxes, or other statutory assessments imposed by government authorities.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay outstanding subscription fees or service invoices may result in temporary suspension or termination of your access to administrative tools, hosted websites, or publishing services.

13 Service Availability, Maintenance & Limitations

While Axeonsoft strives for maximum uptime and high-reliability cloud performance:

• The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
• We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, software updates, and emergency security patches. We make reasonable efforts to announce scheduled maintenance in advance where practical.
• We may modify, enhance, or discontinue particular features, templates, or integrations upon reasonable notice to improve platform performance or comply with regulatory and technical standards.

14 Suspension, Termination & Account Closure

Termination by You: You may terminate your account and stop using the Platform at any time by contacting our support team or submitting an account closure request.

Termination or Suspension by Axeonsoft: We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if:

• You materially breach any provision of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Your published content or connected accounts violate third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
• We receive a valid legal order, court summons, or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• Continued account operation poses an imminent technical, security, or legal risk to Axeonsoft, its infrastructure, or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access administrative panels ceases immediately, and stored third-party OAuth access tokens are permanently deleted.

15 Privacy & Personal Data Processing

Your privacy is paramount to us. Our collection, storage, processing, and protection of personal data and connected third-party integration data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16 Disclaimers of Warranties, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AXEONSOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXEONSOFT, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL MEDIA PENALTIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axeonsoft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) your violation of third-party platform policies (including TikTok or Meta terms).

17 Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect platform enhancements, legal requirements, or evolving industry practices. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and post the updated Terms at https://axeonsoft.com/terms. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through platform notifications or email where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revisions.

18 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation for a period of at least thirty (30) business days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent district courts located in Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.
